Thank you visiting our website, we hope that it provides you with the information you require on our Nile cruise holidays and  extensions to the Red Sea resorts, Luxor city centre or Cairo. Now is a great time to escape to the sunshine and warmth of the Egyptian winter, either on the Nile cruise or one of the many Red Sea resorts.

During 2010 we added another 5 star Nile cruise boat to our fleet, this boat was called the Domina Prestige. Domina Prestige was built during 2003 and launched in the summer of 2004, the boat is well appointed and a welcome addition to our Monday sailing schedule. Domina Prestige offers full board or All Inclusive packages on board combined with the twelve excursion package. This Nile cruise boat is five star deluxe rated by the Egyptian Tourist Board as are all the Nile cruise boats that we feature on this web site. Domina Prestige is on our sailing schedules for 2012 through to 2013 and beyond.

In the summer of 2009, we introduced Nile cruise boats Ms Stephanie (which sails on Mondays) and Ms Monica (which sails on Wednesdays) to our fleet.  Both Ms Stephanie and Ms Monica offer full board and All Inclusive accommodation options plus a full excursion package. All of our Nile cruise boats are offered with excursions and Full Board or All Inclusive options. Both Ms Stephanie and Ms Monica are five star deluxe rated by the Egyptian Tourist Board.

Flights from the UK depart to Luxor (embarkation point for the Nile cruise) from London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Manchester on Monday.

We also provide extensions to your Nile cruise with Hotel stays in Luxor or the Red Sea resorts. We would like to provide you with some background information on Orbital Travel and how we work. Of course, you want to know how we are going to look after you and your holiday arrangements should you decide to book with us.

Orbital Travel staff  have been visiting Egypt since the early nineteen nineties, much has changed during that time, but our commitment to find the best value Nile cruise boats and Red Sea resort hotels has not. We constantly review and inspect every Nile cruise boat that you will find on this site, to ensure that the standards we demand for our clients are maintained and where possible improved. At least one member of staff from our offices in Hertfordshire travel to Egypt every three months to check our boats and the hotels that we feature. Things change quickly in Egypt, we at Orbital Travel ensure that we are always up to date with anything that might effect our clients travel arrangements. 

One of our strengths is that we have been able to build strong lasting business relationships with our partners overseas. These relationships have given us access to great rates and first class levels of service in all of the destinations featured within our Nile cruise programs, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of customer care and attention for the best price we can offer. In additon to the partnerships in Egypt we employ staff members in Luxor & Cairo to look after our clients during their stay in Egypt.

When we say it is “ten minutes walk to the centre of town” it is not because we have looked it up in a tourist guide, it's because we have walked it, or the beds and pillows in the Conrad hotel in Cairo are probably the most comfortable in Egypt, we know because we have slept on them. 

The failure earlier this year of two major tour operators, has once again shown the importance of having full protection for your holiday. If you choose a package from a bonded holiday company such as Orbital Travel then your money is completely safe. Any money paid to us for your Nile cruise holiday goes directly into our trust account until you have travelled, so should the worst happen, your money is safe with our bonding agent, who will refund any monies paid or ensure that you are able to return home.

When we started our business, one of the first things we did was to ensure that bonding was in place to protect our clients. Our aim was to fully protect our clients so they are as secure as possible, that is why we chose the Travel Trust Association. The TTA hold our client's money in a trust fund until they return from their holiday, only then are the funds released to us. Orbital Travel is also bonded with the CAA within the ATOL license scheme which allows us to package flights with our contracted accommodation. Every element of your holiday is covered from the moment you place your booking with us.

Our aim is to provide our clients with a holiday experience that will be remembered for many years to come. As my wife who founded the company and still works with us  said to me when I joined,  “never forget we're dealing with somebody’s holiday" I'm pleased to say that we never have.
