Following the announcement yesterday that Kiss Flights has ceased trading we would like to advise our clients the following:
Customers who have booked a package (Kiss flights and accommodation) directly with Orbital Travel and are yet to depart
In order to claim a refund for the flight element of the package please visit the CAA website www.caa.co.uk look for "make a claim" and download a claims form. This form should be submitted directly to the CAA. The CAA will then process your claim and you will be refunded for the cost of the flight.
Booking alternative flights
We are in the process of sourcing alternative flights for you and you will need to pay again for the new cost of the new flights. It is possible due to the demand that the new flights will be more expensive than you originally paid. Should you decide not to accept the new flights and you also wish to cancel your accommodation, then you are entitled to receive a refund as follows: refunds for the flights must be done through the CAA, following the CAA claims process, whilst the accommodation money will be refunded by Orbital Travel.
Customers who have booked a package (Kiss flights and accommodation) through a Travel Agent
If you have booked your package through a Travel Agent please contact them directly. They will instruct you as to how to proceed with any refunds or claims or booking alternative flights.
